Absolutely. We provide Free Shipping on every single order within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend required, and the price listed at checkout is all-inclusive (VAT included).
3. Where can I find my tracking information?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Your Order page to follow your parcel's progress.
4. Is it possible to cancel an order after purchase?
Yes, we provide a 24-hour grace period for cancellations. If you change your mind, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure a full refund before processing begins.
5. What is the duration of your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unused state, with all tags and initial packaging intact.
6. Who covers the cost of return shipping?
The responsibility for shipping costs depends on the situation:

7. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. Euroda does not apply any restocking fees for returned merchandise.
8. How long does the refund process take?
Once your return is received and passes inspection, we will trigger a refund to your original payment method. It typically takes up to 7 business days for the credit to show up in your account, depending on your bank.
9. Can I exchange an item for a different one?
Yes, we are happy to process exchanges with no extra fees. While you cover the cost of sending the item back to us, we will ship the replacement product to you completely free of charge.
